Without form, without shadow

The whole body

     Transparent and empty

Oblivious to the surroundings,

          Be natural

As a stone bell suspended

from the West Mountain

tigers roaring, gibbons screeching

Clear fountain          serene water

Turbulent river

                  Stormy ocean

With your whole being

              Develop your life
